Pricing & Service Fees

We believe in fair, upfront pricing — no hidden fees or surprises. Here’s how our service rates work so you always know what to expect.

  • Diagnostic

    100$
    Covers the time and expertise to diagnose your appliance issue. If you move forward with the repair, the $100 applies toward your flat-rate fee. If you don’t, the diagnostic fee still applies.
     

  • All Other Appliance Repairs

    150$
    A single, flat-rate labor fee for washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and more. No hourly rates or hidden fees — just straightforward pricing and honest communication every step of the way.
     

  • Refrigerator Repairs

    200$
    Our flat-rate fee covers all labor needed to complete your fridge repair — even if it takes more than one visit. Parts are extra, and we’ll always discuss costs upfront before moving forward.
     

  • Additional & Travel Fees

    50$
    $50 fee for each extra appliance or locations 15+ miles from Greenville. Covers time, travel, and assessment to provide accurate, upfront recommendations.
