We believe in fair, upfront pricing — no hidden fees or surprises. Here’s how our service rates work so you always know what to expect.

  • Diagnostic

    125$
    Covers the time and expertise to diagnose your appliance issue. If you move forward with the repair, the $100 applies toward your flat-rate fee. If you don’t, the diagnostic fee still applies.
     

  • Preventative Appliance Maintenance Visit

    179$
    This is a maintenance visit designed to catch problems early and help you avoid emergency repairs. It’s $179 flat and gives you a clear picture of your appliance’s health.
     

  • Additional & Travel Fees

    75$
    $75 fee for each extra appliance or locations 15+ miles from Greenville. Covers time, travel, and assessment to provide accurate, upfront recommendations.
